AC100 Plus™ Adhesive System

The AC100 Plus Adhesive is a high strength, non-sag, anchoring mortar for bonding threaded rod and reinforcing bar into concrete and masonry. The proprietary characteristics are reflected in the chemical nature of the “PLUS” range, allowing us to create an epoxy acrylate that is styrene free with 0% volatile organic compounds (VOC’s) and cures without conditioning in base material temperatures as low as -4?F (-20?C). Other inherent properties of our material and its convenient proportioned delivery through existing manual and pneumatic dispensing tools currently on the market, make high load concrete anchoring cost-effective and time efficient.
